Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly. However, to ensure I can offer my time to all clients, I do have a cancellation policy in place. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours I charge a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a no-show, the full service charge will apply. I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
